Damaged-On-Arrival & Freshness Window Policy

While we take every precaution to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition, rare occasions of transit damage or freshness lapses can occur. If your bouquet or arrangement arrives damaged or wilting, please notify us as soon as possible. To qualify for our Damaged-On-Arrival policy and Freshness Window guarantee, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the flowers in their original packaging.

We guarantee our flowers’ freshness for a minimum of five days from the date of delivery, when cared for according to the care instructions provided. Should your flowers begin to wilt unusually early within this window, please follow our complaints process described below.

Refund & Replacement Options

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your flowers are damaged or do not meet our freshness standards within the guaranteed five-day period, we offer two resolution options:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for a prompt replacement bouquet of similar style and value to be delivered to your specified address at no additional cost.
  • Refund: Alternatively, you may request a full or partial refund, the amount of which will reflect the nature and extent of the issue.

Our team will discuss your preference and confirm the quickest way to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are not entirely happy with your flower delivery, we want to hear from you so we can make things right. To start the complaints process, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers for damaged/delayed items, or within five days for freshness concerns. It is helpful to provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with supporting photos if the complaint is about freshness or damage.

Our customer service team takes every complaint seriously and will respond to you promptly to discuss the issue and the best solution available. Most complaints are resolved within one to two business days.
